GENERAL
- Completion time(s) are to be estimated after request submission. Real time taken may vary.
- Files may be delivered in common formats (PNG, JPG, GIF), and you may request any reasonably specific file formats and resolutions. By default, I will provide: An original scale PNG/GIF file and an upscaled PNG/GIF file (per artwork).
PAYMENTS
- Commissions can be paid for:
A) 100% upfront, or
B) 50% upfront and then 50% after concept approval.
- If you decide to cancel before I start on your commission, you may request a full refund.
- Refunds are not available once work has begun.
For VGen commissions, pay through VGen only. This is required as part of their policy.
REVISIONS
- During the concept phase, you may request unlimited changes within reason.
- Either in the coloring/rendering phase or after final submission, at least 3 minor revisions will be allowed for free.
- Minor revisions may include, but are not limited to: Tweaks to colors, outlines, framing, or similar minor edits.
Major or repeated revisions beyond the free limit are at my discretion and may incur additional fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
When you commission me, you are paying for my services only.
I, the Artist, own all rights to the artwork(s). This includes the ability to share, distribute, publish, and otherwise use the artwork(s) for any purpose at my own discretion.
For commercial use (merchandise, products, advertising, or promotional material where the artwork is a central feature), a separate license must be negotiated.
Also, use of the artwork as part of a brand identity, logo, or company website design is considered commercial use and requires a separate license.
USE
- You may freely share and use the artwork(s) for anything personal.
Credit is not required for personal usage. I do appreciate it, though!
- You may include the artwork(s) in monetized content (e.g., streams, videos, or posts), provided that the artwork isn't somehow the primary source of revenue, and that I receive clear credit.
- You may create derivative works based on the artwork(s), provided the changes are significant enough that the result can reasonably be considered your own work. Clear credit to me as the original artist is still required.
Derivative works must not be used commercially without a separate license.
- You may not claim the original, unaltered artwork(s) as your own, nor remove any logos or watermarks that may be present.
COMMUNICATION
- For commissions, I will strictly communicate through VGen or Discord.
Exceptions at my own discretion.
- You may ask for WIP snapshots with reasonable frequency.
- If you become unresponsive for a significantly long time, I reserve the right to consider the commission complete, pause progress, or cancel it at my discretion.
- You will be notified of any delays.
- In any case, please do not spam me. I am usually online and available often enough to respond within a timely manner. If I don't respond promptly, I may simply be unavailable at certain times.

- WIP = Work In Progress
- Concept approval = Your approval of a concept sketch.
- Mentions of "You", "Your", "Yours", "You're" = The client

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the commission being cancelled or otherwise declined.
